Welcome
- This website set up for anyone wanting to know about our Cub Section and providing information for new and current parents online instead by a paper handout which you could likely lose.
- The first 3 pages are designed for those just wanting more information about what we do, were we meet and contacting us.
- The final 2 pages are designed with information for parents of new and our current young members
Age Range of the Cub Pack + Ratios
- Our Cub Pack is the 2nd oldest section in our Scout Group and meet on a Thursday from 7pm to 8.30pm.
- The Core Age for the Cub Scouts Section is 8 to 10 1/2 Years Old.
- Due to Flexibility they can start after 7 1/2 Years Old and must leave before they are 11 Years Old.
- Ratios are 1 Adult to 8 Cubs plus 1 extra adult, when meeting away from our normal meeting place Holwell Pastures Scout Campsite
- When at Holwell Scout Pastures Scout Campsite it is 2 Adults but we prefer this to be a minimum of 3 Adults
Cost's
- Membership Fees are currently £40 a term
- Paid 3 times a year during the Autumn, Winter, Spring / Summer Terms
- Monthly membership fees payment are currently £10 a month.
- Setting up paying a monthly standing order would avoid us having to chase membership fees meaning that we then can focus solely on other additional activity payments
- Other additional activity costs are for example, Nights Away Experiences, Events + Trips
